We know that advocacy does not equal a cure for Parkinson’s disease. But
it is a means towards that end, and speaking with a unified voice, steady and ever louder, across America is critical if we
are to ever find that cure. Your elected officials cannot do their jobs unless they hear from you. Engage the people you elect
to lead us, engage your community and continue to be the unified voice for this very important cause.
CBS 60 Minutes has aired their investigative report by Leslie Stahl on GDNF
and how AMGEN terminated the supply to all of the participants of the Phase II trial because of 'safety issues'
with animal studies. Click on the pic at the left to seewhat you can
do to help these patients gain back their use of GDNF.
